Is the glow of
a flat screen
brighter than a candle,
the perfect turn
of an inkless phrase
somehow more satisfying
than its penned cousin,
do ones and zeroes
zero in
more precisely
on what it is we mean,
or have the means
only changed
the format
and shown us
how much
some things
will never need to change?
